Retail Sales Policies All transactions are in U.S. dollars All product prices listed are exclusive of sales tax and shipping & handling charges. The listed Shipping charges include both shipping and handling charges. Fire Science Publishers maintain a business presence only in the State of Washington. Purchasers from other States, if required by their State laws, are responsible themselves for paying any sales or use tax levied by their State of residence. Purchasers from foreign countries are responsible themselves for paying any customs duties or government levies. Normally the merchandise we advertise is in stock and is shipped within one business day of receipt of order. Your credit card will not be charged if merchandise is on back order or unavailable for shipment. We do not ship partial orders except with the customer's consent. Our store is only set up to accept orders if the ship-to address is the same as the bill-to address. If you wish to have orders shipped to an address which is not your bill-to address, please order from retail booksellers.

Refunds and Returns Policy No refunds. Exchanges only in case of product manufacturing defect. All shipments are shipped insured; any claims for shipping damage must be made to the common carrier and not to Fire Science Publishers. Defective product will be exchanged only for identical product. The buyer must pay shipping costs to return goods to the seller; exchange goods will be sent prepaid. All claims must be made within 30 days of date of shipment. An RMA (returned materials authorization) number must be obtained from Customer Service before returning defective goods. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of package. For product returns, the buyer must contact Customer Service by e-mailor by telephone (425-222-9499). We do not offer retail sales by telephone; the customer service telephone number is only for product returns.
